Talk through what’s bringing you in
A few minutes on what you’re struggling with — anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, a transition. Whatever’s on your mind.
A short video call with Rose. No commitment, no credit card. We see if I'm the right fit for what you're working on.

I’ll explain TEAM-CBT in plain language and how I’d approach what you described. Including how progress is measured.

No pressure either way. If we are, we book a first session. If we’re not, I’ll point you to someone who is.
That’s fine — most people booking a consult aren’t sure. The call is for figuring out what you want, not for committing. Many people use it to get a clearer sense of whether therapy is the right next step at all.
No. Show up however you are. If it’s helpful, jot down one or two things you’d most want help with, but it’s not required.
Use the link in your Calendly confirmation email. Please reschedule rather than no-show — that 15 minutes is reserved just for you.
Yes. The consult uses the same HIPAA-compliant secure video as full therapy sessions.
If we’re a fit, you’ll get an email with a link to book your first session — a 90-minute assessment where we review any measures or inventories you filled out, talk through your history, and clarify what you’re hoping to accomplish. Sessions after that are 50 minutes. If you need time to think, that’s fine — book whenever you’re ready, no follow-up pressure.
